I grew up eating blue crab in many forms. My grandmother would make these and crab cakes fresh from the Chesapeake every summer. I used to think they were so weird as a kid with the legs hanging out hahaha but now to me they are a delicacy. Now I live in Arizona and the closest thing to proper blue crab is well… waiting years to go home for the next visit so I can get my fill again. Thanks so much for reading!
