Hartzell. The Sweetest Day in the Year Committeedistributed over 20,000 boxes of candy to “newsboys, orphans, old folks, and the poor” in Cleveland, Ohio.” Regardless, we would eat these Chocolate Dulce de Leche Bars any day, sweetest or not.
